Explainable prediction

A useful estimate. Not a crystal ball.

Invumi details every estimate: trend, alert threshold, and predicted stockout date. When the history is too short to predict, it says so — no guesswork.

Arthur, founder of Invumi, working at his desk

Built in a tattoo studio

I’m Arthur. Tattoo artist, developer, and chronic glove-counter.

I first built Invumi for our tattoo studio. With ten tattoo artists, stock management had a habit of becoming everyone’s problem and nobody’s job. So instead of taking responsibility and placing an order, I locked myself away and built my own tool.

That’s why I created Invumi three years ago: so we never run out of gloves. Or needles. Otherwise I can’t tattoo. It’s a pain.

Start small. Upgrade when the stock grows.

The price check

The useful stuff costs less.

Some popular inventory tools. One clear starting price. Invumi keeps the basics affordable.

Starting paid plan / month

Public starting prices converted to euros and rounded up. Billing varies by provider.

Before trusting your gloves to an algorithm.

Yes. Paste or upload CSV data, preview validation errors, then import. A documented template explains every column.

Invumi estimates weighted consumption, adjusts seasonality, then finds the first day when projected inventory crosses the threshold:

d̂(t+h) = max(0, (Σₖ wₖ·Δ⁻(t-k) / Σₖ wₖ) · S₁(h) · S₂(h))T* = min {h : q(t) − Σⱼ₌₁ʰ d̂(t+j) ≤ seuil}

Exponential weighting, N-1/N-2 correction, threshold crossing and insufficient-data safeguards. Honestly, you mostly care that it works, right?

No. Invumi targets small teams and operational inventory. Complex lots, advanced picking and EDI need heavier tooling.
